Description
Encaustic Art wax acrylis sealer should be used as the last layer of the finished image. Maintains a glossy appearance of wax colors and gives a strong (acrylic) layer of protection of fine wax.
Encaustic wax sealer is applied with acrylic brush onto the polished surface of the picture. It is an excellent protection of postcards painted by wax. If is encaustic fixative once applied, it is not possible to continue in painting.
Wax sealer can be mixed with acrylic paints or dry pigment, then it can be used as a normal water colors or use it to create the glazing effect.
