Encausticbord with a thickness of 22 mm.
Board size is 20 x 30 cm.
Encausticboard is coated with a special encaustic Gesso, allowing a smooth and velvety surface.
The thus prepared board is not only highly resistant to heat and excellent absorbent, but also the fine adjustment due to this holding wax and collages and therefore no cracking or separation of wax from the board.
Encausticboards are also suitable for combination with other encaustic techniques such as oil paint or acrylic paint, charcoal, or ink for various collages.
